Adrienne Smith is the founder and chief motivating officer at Power of Your Om. Her foundational 200 Certification is with Baron Baptiste and received her 500 E-RYT through Deborah Williamson and Wild Abundant Life. Adrienne has been a fierce competitor since she was a little girl - everything from figure skating and circus classes to more recently trying her cards as a professional triathlete for a few years. Adrienne loves the commitment, discipline and courage of endurance sports, yoga and being an entrepreneur - all require consistent focus on the reality of the present moment to face her fear of failure, the trap of comparison and the life-sucking goal of perfection. They have created several breakdowns, breakthroughs and transformed her into her best self inside and out.

Yoga keeps Chrissy's guts happy! After being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2012, it was yoga that helped her regain her strength and confidence back. Her favorite part of yoga is being able to take the tools she learns, mainly patience, to practice off her mat and into everyday life. She was inspired to become a teacher to show others how life giving and life changing yoga can be! Chris loves how each class brings a new personal challenge whether it be a new advanced pose or focusing on deeper breath. Yoga energizes and relaxes her like no other activity can. As a teacher her focus is to create a space for all students to get a taste of what yoga can do for them. When she's not on her mat, you can find Chris driving around in her pickup truck blasting country music or at home whipping up the latest healthy sweet treat recipe she's found. Chris loves practicing at Power of Your Om so much that she decided to fulfill her 200 hour certification there earlier this year.
With a background in dance, Lillian came to yoga to find a new way to maintain her flexibility while expressing herself through movement. After her first sweaty practice, Lillian realized that yoga opened up a new realm of self-exploration that allowed her to get out of her head and fully tap into her emotions. Lillian comes to yoga to feel, and this practice pushes her to work through challenges on and off her mat. As a teacher, Lillian emphasizes fun and compassion to provide students with an inclusive space for self-discovery and growth. Most importantly, she believes that we’re all on this path together and we each learn something new every time we step onto our mats. Lillian received her 200 Hour Certification in 2014 from ZUDA Yoga.
