YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
October 13-20 & November 17-24, 2025
There are a lot of yoga trainings out there and this one goes above and beyond because you not only get immersed in what yoga is all about, but you also walk away reconnected to what matters most with the confidence to teach immediately.
The training is an immersive experience taking place in 2 locations over 2 weeks: October 13, 2025 and completing on November 24, 2025 and includes 200 Hours of Training.
Week 1:
Tamarindo, Costa Rica
(Oct 13-20, 2025)
Surrounded by the ocean breeze and jungle at Peace Retreat, this first week is about creating spaciousness in body and mind so you can fully arrive in your practice and yourself. Each day begins and ends with intentional practice, grounding you in rhythm and presence.
You can expect to:
Start each day with yoga, breathwork, and meditation to reset your body and mind.
Deepen your asana and alignment practice so you move with more awareness and freedom.
Explore pranayama (breathwork) as a tool to clear energy and shift your state of being.
Experience meditation & journaling in new ways that connect you to stillness, clarity, and insight.
Study yoga philosophy as a lens for living — learning how its wisdom supports everyday choices and actions.
Use yoga as a playbook for life, seeing how postures, alignment, and philosophy extend into daily living.
Clear energetic pathways in body, mind, and spirit to become more receptive to what’s meant for you.
Live the practice fully — with nourishing food, community connection, rest, and time in nature.
This week is your chance to immerse yourself in self-care, expand your self-awareness, and experience what it feels like to truly live and breathe yoga without the distractions of everyday life. 🌊
Week 2:
SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA (Nov 17-24, 2025):
After a month to integrate the first week of training, we’ll gather back in Santa Barbara to bring what we are learning to life. In Week 2, everything you’ve learned begins to weave together. This is where you step beyond the postures and into the deeper practices of communication, leadership, and authentic expression.
We’ll explore how to:
Level up your listening and leadership skills so you can hold space with confidence (not just in a yoga class)
Create and guide group experiences by learning how to set containers that feel safe, supportive, and expansive.
Weave in storytelling to connect more deeply with others and to bring your unique voice to the practice.
Express your authentic self and passions in ways that inspire and empower, both on and off the mat.
Week 2 is all about integration — pulling the threads together so that your practice (and teaching, if you choose) reflects who you truly are
**Between the Immersive Weeks: Guided homework that includes self-study, anatomy, class observation/shadowing and connection with a mentor …you’ll apply what you’ve learned from Week One, in real life.
More important than the traditional homework as we know of it from school, this month is about seeing how yoga transforms your perception, projection, and presence in the world.
