Yin yoga & slow flow — warm room, not heated

Chill classes turn the volume down without checking out. Release tension, pay attention to sensation, and give your body space to tell you what it needs.

RESTORE

Move. Then settle.

Half gentle flow, half yin. Begin with easy, fluid movement before dropping into longer holds that create space through the hips, back, and shoulders. A good midweek reset.
