The Power of Your Om studio is available for private classes, workshops, photoshoots, corporate events, and more. Downtown Santa Barbara, second floor, infrared heated.

The Studio

The studio is on the second floor of Victoria Court at 1221 State Street in downtown Santa Barbara, with views of the Santa Ynez Mountains.

The room is infrared heated and available to rental clients who want to use the heat for their event.

Good for:

Private yoga or fitness classes, workshops and trainings, photoshoots, corporate wellness events, pop-up retail, sound baths, community gatherings.

 

Space Details:

  • Location: 1221 State St. #201, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 — second floor of Victoria Court

  • 2 Rooms: Lobby Space & Studio Space.

  • All furniture and signage is movable.

  • Temperature: Has a fully functioning HVAC system and supplemental Radiant Heating System.

  • Sound: Surround Sound with Subwoofer - accessible via bluetooth, USB-C or Lightning Connector.

  • Lighting: The studio is well-lit with natural lighting, pendant lights and customizable Govee Light System. Room can also be turned into a “glow” environment with black lights.

  • Safety: Victoria Court is monitored by Mission Security. In the event that there is a problem, they can be called and will handle any safety issues arising around the property.

  • Square footage: 1293 sq. ft. broken into 2 rooms. Lobby roughly 600 sq. ft. Studio 700 sq. ft.

  • Parking: Public lot at Chapala and Victoria, free first 75 minutes, then $3 per hour after.

How it Works

Solo Rental

You book the space, run your own event, handle your own registration and promotion. We provide the studio and a staff member on site. Best for teachers, photographers, and organizers who have their own audience and want a professional space.

Co-Hosted Event

We partner with you to host your workshop, class, or event. Power of Your Om handles registration, promotes to our community through email and social, and splits revenue with you. We only co-host when the presenter/teacher is a Power of Your Om Teacher OR has a local and/or national reputation and will actively promote and attract participants through their own marketing.

  • The proposed topic must be in line with the interests of our members and intention of the studio. Generally this includes offerings of Yoga, Movement, Meditation, Somatic Experiences, Dance, Sound, Spiritual Exploration and Healing. Our workshops usually include an interactive or experiential component.

  • 60/40% split of revenue (60% to presenter).

  • We provide registration and collect payments.

  • We create digital flyers and promote on our website, social media, and newsletter.

  • Payment is made at the end of the month. are paid out at the end of each month.

A $50 cleaning fee is added to all rentals. Rentals that require extra staffing include an added fee. Special rates are available for non-profits and Power of Your Om members.
