Sculpt Teacher Training
downtown Santa Barbara | November 13–15, 2026 | $100 Off before 10/10
About the Training
Sculpt is where the calm focus of yoga meets the fire of strength training. It is a high-energy, highly requested studio format, and this training gives you the knowledge, confidence, and real-world teaching tools to lead it well.
In 25 hours, you will learn why the body moves the way it does, how to build a class with purpose, and how to create a safe, creative, high-energy experience that keeps students coming back.
What makes training with us different? We are not here to hand you a rigid script and ask you to repeat it. You will learn the foundations of a strong Sculpt class, but you will also learn how to read the room, teach to the bodies in front of you, make smart adjustments, and develop a voice and style that are truly your own.
What You'll Learn
Functional anatomy: The key muscles, bones, and joints behind every movement, so you understand what your students are working and why.
Strength and conditioning: How to build strength and endurance, layer cardio intervals, and coach the foundational exercises of Sculpt with proper form and clear cues.
Breath and movement: How to use breath to power movement, stabilize the body, and recover between efforts.
Teacher presence and voice: How to command a room, cue with clarity, and motivate without shouting.
Creative sequencing and music: How to build your own signature class, from warm-up to cool-down, with playlists that drive the energy.
Teaching what you see: How to offer options, adapt in the moment, and create a class that meets the actual room in front of you.
Whether you are a yoga teacher ready to expand your offerings or a dedicated student ready to deepen your practice, you will leave with more than a class plan. You will leave with a skill set you can use in your very next Sculpt class, and the confidence to make it your own.
