Meet the team

The people who show up every day, learn your name, and make the practice worth coming back to.

Every teacher at Power of Your Om went through the practice before they went through the training. They know what this studio asks of students because they have been students here too. The roster changes as the studio grows, but the standard for who teaches here stays the same.

Todd’s classes are challenging physically, mentally, and spiritually, with a little bit of “F*ck you” and a whole lot of love.
