HOW TO SIGN UP: You may sign up online or in person on the day of the class. To save time, pre-registration is recommended. Please show up 10-15 minutes before the start of class so that we may begin together on time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Power Yoga 9-10am
  • Power Yoga Express 12-12:45pm
  • Power Yoga 4:30-5:30pm
  • Power Yoga 6-7pm
  • Chill It Out Yoga 7:30-8:30pm
